The hotel rooms are not luxurious but always clean, which was perfect for the 4 of us, in 3 different locations. We arrived at the main building with a balcony. The service is very friendly, perfect for children and adults alike, and the hotel has a perfect location for ski enthusiasts. The dining experience could be improved considering the room price. The facilities are good.
The hotel had spacious rooms perfect for our group of four, located in three different buildings. Although basic, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was not very helpful with transport and provided incorrect bus timetable information, causing us to miss our flight, but they did bring us some bread and jam. The location was fantastic for accessing the lifts and walking into town. The dining experience left much to be desired considering the price, and there was an additional charge for room service.
